81 km west of Helsinki, Brunkominjärvi 40 m (width of 1 km, 2 km), shallow hard sand bottom, own little boat (dinghy) (for two person). Only electrical outboard motor allowed for boat.
Villa 2008, on the ground floor kitchen / living room, a bedroom with double bed, toilet, sauna with dressing room, washing room, 2 showers, steam rooms electric heating, separate toilet, entrance porch with bathtub (available for additional fee), large partially covered terrace spaces. Upstairs bedroom with balcony (king size bed) and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, a toilet.
Separate garage building with a hobby room (including table tennis, karaoke equipment and darts) and toilet downstairs. The villa has WLAN Internet access, a fireplace with baking oven and 2 TV's.
The bathtub in the terrace can be reserved for a separate charge, the owner heats it, must be booked in advance. 2-storey villa in a quiet location. Yard area is located on a gentle slope and is quite bright. Villa is also suitable for meetings. Private beach and jetty. Good fishing waters. Catering available.
