The property will be going through renovation works from Mon 12 Sept 2022 until Mon 16 Jan 2023. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the reception has limited reception hours during the weekends (Saturday/Sunday): Check-in possible until 17.00 hours Check-out from 9.00 until 10.00 hours Please let Resort Citta Romana know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Expected arrival time is only necessary if check-in is later than 18:00 hours. Resort Citta Romana only takes reservations for treatments from persons who are 21 years of age or older. Reservations made by persons under the age of 21 are therefore not valid. Due to the tranquility of the resort, the villas at the resort are not rented to groups of young people looking for a location to party or similar. Groups of young people over 21 can be booked on request. After booking, Citta Romana will contact you and they will ask some questions to decide whether the reservation will be confirmed.
