A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property can accommodate to early/late check-in upon request. Outdoor or noisy activities of any kind including BBQ or music outdoor are not permitted between 9PM and 9AM. Guests are strictly to park in the designated areas shown by our staff. Guests are not permitted to obstruct or otherwise stop at neighbours' entrances for any period of time. Guests are not to block or otherwise obstruct back lanes driveways due to poor parking.
