The Peace and Plenty Inn is a magnificently restored Victorian villa (circa 1880), situated in an unbeatable waterfront location in the heart of the historic maritime village of Devonport. We invite you to stay at our gracious home offering comfortable and friendly luxury accommodation. We host visitors who come to relax from all over the world, along with New Zealanders enjoying a weekend away. We are also able to hold boutique weddings and Victorian High Teas. This is our largest king-size room. It has a special veranda style Victorian bathroom with the stain-glass window and claw foot bath displaying great character. The deep pink colour scheme off set by bronze silk ensure the luxury to the eye that one would expect of such a home's grandest suite. The ornate cast iron fireplace and antique pine furnishing complete the comfort for you stay. This room is also suitable for small family as it has a Victorian daybed for the 'littlelies' to be tucked into after a fun bath, listening perhaps to a story tape from our old gramophone.
